Lymphoedema

Our Lymphoedema therapists use evidence-based practice to treat and manage lymphoedema. Treatment is individualised for each patient, but often includes manual lymphatic drainage massage, bandaging, compression garments,Breast Prosthesis fittings,  exercises, skin care and education

Pelvic Floor

Comprehensive Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. This includes thorough assessment and treatment of bladder problems and bowel problems (including leakage, frequency, urgency, difficulties emptying, recurrent UTI’s, cystitis, altered sensation, constipation, prolapse, overactive or under active pelvic floor muscles, pelvic floor conditions, pregnancy, post partum, menopause, pre and post prostactectomy, children including bed wetting).

Complex patients are most welcome.

Assessment can include Real Time Ultrasound at no extra charge. Treatment is based on full assessment and is individualized, supervised and progresses as goals are achieved. Assessment and treatment are in a private room for complete confidentiality.

Dry Needling

Acupuncture and dry needling are forms of treatment where very fine acupuncture needles are inserted into the tissues (pierce the skin) in order to create neurophysiological reactions in the body and stimulate a healing effect.

Hydrotherapy

Our Hydrotherapy programs benefit many and large varieties of people. It is very suitable for rehabilitation following injury or surgery, for arthritis sufferers or for general spinal pain and stiffness. Fit and healthy people looking to improve their core strength or just people maintaining their activity levels find hydrotherapy very beneficial.

Home Visits

At Physio For you, we offer Home visits to patients who may not be able to drive, have no transport or patients who are physically unable to come to the clinic. We also provide this service to private and DVA patients.
